Landscapes
I’m drawn to the ways a place carries time: in weathered walls, an old petrol pump, or the patterns of ice along a shore. My landscapes follow these details as much as the wider view, noticing where nature and human traces meet. Through changing light, colour and shadow, I try to convey something of how it felt to pause there and look.

History in the future
I always try to imagine the multiple histories of a place when I am there. Taken in Arles in the south of France.
